Activity Work Plans Adelaide PHN - An Australian Government Initiative

Activity Work Plans

Based on allocated funds from the Australian Government, the Activity Work Plans inform how Primary Health Networks (PHNs) address the health and service needs identified through the needs assessment process.

Together with the PHN Needs Assessment and the PHN Performance Framework, PHNs will outline activities and describe measurable performance indicators to provide the Australian Government and the Australian public with visibility as to the activities of each PHN.

Thus far, PHNs have completed two Needs Assessments – the Baseline Needs Assessment (BNA), completed in March 2016 and an update to the BNA was completed in November 2016 ( Adelaide PHN Baseline Needs Assessment Update Report 2016/17). Both assessments also encompassed the Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs initial needs assessments. The subsequent Activity Work Plans were submitted in May 2016 and February 2017 respectively.
