2024 NINCo (SHIFT-UP) Conference to Strengthen Primary Healthcare

A team of Adelaide PHN staff attended the 2024 National Improvement Network Collaborative (NINCo) Conference. Held annually, this conference serves as a vital platform for PHNs to engage in thought and explore innovative approaches to improving primary healthcare delivery. This year’s theme was ‘Shaping Healthcare Innovation for Transformation and sustainability in Primary Care.

The Conference offers Adelaide PHN the opportunity to connect with other PHN’s from around Australia to share experiences and gain valuable insight through informative discussions and collaborative learning. Adelaide PHN staff proudly showcased some of the impactful projects we have been delivering  to support healthcare providers and GPs across our community. This includes our work with General Practices in the northern suburbs to support refugee health, as well as our Early Intervention Initiatives in Aged Care Improvement Project. 

Conferences like NINCo provide a vital space for sharing knowledge, building partnerships, and exploring new ways to strengthen the primary healthcare sector. We would like to extend our thanks to all the PHN’s we had the opportunity to meet and learn from during the conference. These connections are invaluable in shaping the future of healthcare in Australia and we look forward to continuing our efforts in collaboration and innovation.
