Adelaide PHN is proud to again be recognised as an Inclusive Employer for 2024-2025 by Diversity Council Australia (DCA).

Every year, Australian organisations can participate in DCA’s Inclusive Employers Index, which enables them to measure employee diversity and inclusion experiences in their workplace and compare findings to DCA and national benchmarks.

This honour highlights our dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace where innovation thrives and every achievement – big or small - is celebrated. Adelaide PHN is committed to ensuring that our workplace reflects the values of diversity and inclusion, empowering our people to excel and contribute to our shared mission of health equity.

Adelaide PHN CEO Michelle McKay expressed her delight for the organisation’s recognition.

“Achieving Inclusive Employer status from the Diversity Council Australia’s for the second consecutive year reflects Adelaide Primary Health Network’s central commitment to our vision of equitable health outcomes for all.

“While we are proud of this achievement, we recognise that true inclusion is an ongoing journey of continuous learning and growth. This acknowledgment motivates us to build on our progress, ensuring that our organisation continues to be a place where every individual feels valued, respected and supported.

“Our commitment to inclusivity strengthens not only our workplace culture but also enhances our capacity to better serve and represent the diverse community we represent. Our annual participation in the Inclusion at Work Index provides valuable insight into our progress and reinforces our commitment to this journey to create meaningful and lasting impact and change.”

At Adelaide PHN, we believe that true organisational success stems from creating the right environment for our team to succeed. Through the application of our four signature behaviours— working, achieving and celebrating together, using our people and our resources wisely, being consistently timely and transparent, and doing what we say we will do—we’ve built a culture where our people are supported, no matter the circumstances.
