Adelaide PHN Showcases Innovation at Inaugural Data and Digital Event

From 5 to 7 August, Adelaide PHN attended the inaugural PHN Cooperative Data and Digital Showcase in Sydney, which brought together PHNs from across Australia to share how we are using data and digital innovation to improve community health outcomes.

Deputy CEO Sarah Murray, Digital Health Manager Ben Okonjo, and Technical Lead Nick Rechten were in attendance, with Nick presenting codename Gary, Adelaide PHN's new data processing and quality agent designed to streamline and enhance data management across our network.

The three themes of the showcase were 'Data, Digital and Insights'. It was an opportunity for PHNs to come together to share their successes and learnings, and to network in-person.

Aimed at PHN staff working with data, the showcase featured a combination of plenary sessions and panels, question and answer sessions, plus small group workshops, demonstrations and walkthroughs.

It was an invaluable opportunity to exchange insights, explore collaborative approaches, and see the breadth of work happening across the PHN sector.
