Adelaide PHN's Health Equity Awards 2023

Adelaide PHN is delighted to announce that nominations are now open for the Health Equity Awards 2023. This year, our primary health care awards will be delivered with a focus on health equity. 

Through its Health Equity Awards, Adelaide PHN seeks to recognise primary health care organisations and individuals working hard to promote health equity across metropolitan Adelaide.

The awards are open to all current commissioned service providers, partners, and general practices or those part of our Advisory Councils’ activities.

All eligible applicants are advised to lodge their nomination through the submissions page by Friday, 26 May.

The award recipients will be celebrated at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Friday,18 August.
