Aged Care Transition to Practice: Gerontological Nursing Competencies program
The Gerontological Nursing Competencies (GNCs) is an evidence-based mentorship program to equip RNs working in the aged care sector with skills to assist older people in living well across all communities and groups.
The program is delivered interactive workshop (virtual) activities complemented with online learning activities.
Free fully funded places are available for eligible participants. Funded by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
