CareSearch survey

CareSearch provides online palliative care information and resources to health professionals and to patients, carers and families as providing information for the general community. We are currently inviting members of the public to complete an online survey. Ethics has been received through Flinders University (No. 5710).

We would like to understand your views on death and dying and find out what you know about palliative care and the CareSearch website. We are also interested in how you find and use online health information. You can find out more and start the survey here.
