Coming Together to Shape Future Direction
On 20 May, Adelaide PHN held our All Staff Workshop, which enabled our team to come together and share insights into how we can continue to grow and work together.
The session also provided an opportunity to celebrate staff who have reached five and 10 years of service to the organisation.
The day began with interactive discussions around our Stepping4ward program, which aims to build a more inclusive, collaborative and high-performing organisation.
The program is built around four signature behaviours:
- Work, achieve and celebrate together
- We use our people and resources wisely
- We are consistently transparent and timely
- Do what we say we will do
The discussions centred around two main topics, including feedback and how it can be delivered in a beneficial way, and why measuring employee satisfaction is the wrong metric, rather the focus should be on culture, achievement and connection.
The second part of the session focused on strategy as we prepare to embark on our next Strategic Plan 2026-2029.
These discussions highlighted that progress is a journey that is often not linear, and that everyone plays a role in the overall goals of our organisation.
Our staff came out of this session connected with our strategy, and a greater understanding of how we can contribute and the roles we can play as we implement our Strategic Plan.
Finally, we acknowledged our team members who have made significant contributions to Adelaide PHN and helped shape the imapct we make across our community.
