Discover Youturn’s Adelaide Youth Enhanced Service (YES) program!

At YES, we're dedicated to supporting young people aged 12–25 who are navigating moderate to high mental health challenges across Adelaide. Our passionate team comprises mental health clinicians, Clinical Care Coordinators, Peer Support Workers, and administrative staff, all working together to deliver comprehensive psychological and functional support.

We offer a wide range of services to ensure functional recovery, including:

• Therapy
• Clinical Care Coordination
• Clinical Group Work
• Social Groups
• And much more!

🔍 Our Criteria:

• Age: 12–25
• Location: Salisbury/Playford, Marion/Onkaparinga, Port Adelaide Enfield, or Adelaide LGAs
• Symptoms: Severe mental health symptoms (IAR Level 4 or biopsychosocial assessment)
• Distress: Severe psychological distress
• Impairment: Functional impairment in at least two life areas, including suicide risk and co-occurring conditions

❌ Exclusion Criteria:

• Referral not meeting the outlined eligibility criteria.
• Already engaged with another service meeting their needs (direct duplication of service)
