Driving Better Health Outcomes: Adelaide PHN’s 2024–2025 Annual Report
Adelaide PHN is pleased to share our 2024-2025 Annual Report – a celebration of our accomplishments over the past year and the great progress we have made in shaping and strengthening our local health system to deliver better outcomes for those in our community in greatest need.
This year, we celebrated our 10th anniversary, and in the past decade our organisation has seen tremendous growth, beginning in 2015 with just 26 staff and a total revenue of almost $16 million, to now hitting a budget of $100 million and almost 100 committed staff members.
The Annual Report showcases our achievements and impact over the past 12 months, including the launch of our first Place-Based Needs Assessment, the implementation of Primary Sense, plus an update of our Commissioning Framework and the development of our Access and Equity Framework.
Other highlights include the progress of the Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence pilot project, the introduction of the Northern Adelaide Medicare Mental Health Centre, and the Port Adelaide Enfield Homelessness Program, aimed at improving access to primary health care services for individuals experiencing homelessness in that region.
We also celebrated our major events held throughout the year, including the annual Health Equity Awards, and our Reconciliation Event, Empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health: Leveraging Data for Better Health Outcomes.
