Expression of Interest Extended for RACH Change Management Training

aged care

The Expression of Interest (EOI) period for the RACH Change Management Training Program has been extended, aiming to give individual sites more time to nominate their team and take advantage of this fully funded, on-site training opportunity.

This program is delivered by Thrive Aged Care Consultants and provides practical, hands-on support to help your team embed digital health and telehealth into everyday practice. It includes two 4-hour on-site sessions plus guided work on a site-specific change initiative.

The EOI is now open until 4pm on 7 October 2026, and they are now site-based, giving individual RACHs flexibility to nominate their own team. Training remains free and delivered on-site at your RACH.

Places remain limited and priority will be given to sites ready to commit a small core team.

If you have any questions about the program or would like to discuss whether it is suitable for your service, please don't hesitate to contact us at applications@adelaidephn.com.au with Change Management in Residential Aged Care Homes as the subject line.
