Free Change Management Training to support Telehealth in Aged Care

Change is a constant in aged care. Services are being asked to adopt new technologies, strengthen digital capability and increase the use of telehealth, often while managing competing priorities and significant workforce pressures.

To support aged care providers in this journey, Adelaide Primary Health Network (Adelaide PHN) has commissioned Thrive Aged Care Consultants to deliver a free, in-person Change Management Program for 15 Residential Aged Care Homes across the Adelaide metro region.

An Expressions of Interest from services that would like to participate will open on the 15th July 2026.

What's included?

  • Two face-to-face training workshops (4 hours each), delivered onsite at your service
  • Practical change management tools and strategies tailored to the aged care sector
  • Hands-on support to plan and implement a real change initiative within your organisation
  • A focused approach to increasing telehealth uptake in ways that work for your workforce, residents and service model

What your service can gain

  • Staff who are confident in supporting and facilitating telehealth consultations
  • Improved digital capability embedded into everyday practice
  • Clear and practical workflows that support quality and efficient care delivery
  • Faster access to clinical advice, review and escalation pathways
  • A workforce equipped with practical change management skills that can be applied to future reforms and service improvements

Places are limited to 15 Residential Aged Care Homes and participation is fully funded.
