Have your say on Older Persons Care

Adelaide PHN annually reviews both the health and primary care service needs specific to our region and undergoes an iterative engagement and consultation process to form a Needs Assessment of the Adelaide metropolitan area. The Needs Assessment informs how we prioritise and target our activities to address those needs.

To inform our annual Needs Assessment review, Adelaide PHN is conducting a survey to gain insights from health professionals who are working with older people. 

The survey should take between 5-10 minutes to complete, is anonymous and confidential, and is open to 28th July 2025. We thank you in advance for your time and expertise in answering this survey.
