Health Equity Awards Nominations Open

Nominations are now open for Adelaide PHN's 2026 Health Equity Awards.

The Health Equity Awards recognise organisations and individuals that improve health equity and access for vulnerable communities across the Adelaide metropolitan region.

They celebrate initiatives that demonstrate measurable impact in improving access to care, experiences of care, and health outcomes for communities experiencing vulnerability and disadvantage.

Applications are welcome from organisations and individuals working across primary healthcare services across Adelaide.

The winners will be announced at our Health Equity Awards dinner on Saturday, 22 August at the Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide.

Nominations close at 9pm on Sunday, 24 May. Our Submission Form, Application Guidelines and Scoring Rubric can be found on the Health Equity Awards page of our website.
