Immunisation Workforce Survey for staff working in general practice- Closing Soon

Your insights matter—please take a moment to share your experience working in immunisation within general practice.

What: Adelaide PHN commissions a range of services, programs, and activities to support the primary healthcare workforce. We are interested in your insights into immunisation workforce capacity and barriers/enablers to providing vaccinations. Your insights will help inform our work in supporting immunisation and preventive care.

Who: This survey is designed for GPs, practice nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and practice managers. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
