About the InsideOut GP Hub
The InsideOut GP Hub is a purpose-built, evidence-based digital suite of tools developed to support general practitioners and their teams in identifying, managing, and referring patients with eating disorders. Developed by GPs, for GPs, the GP Hub functions as a point-of-care tool that guides practitioners through every stage of patient support from early screening and diagnosis to management, monitoring, and referral. It combines best-practice clinical knowledge with practical digital workflows, enabling clinicians to deliver compassionate, consistent, and efficient care.

About the InsideOut eClinic
The InsideOut eClinic is a free, online platform that offers evidence-based eTherapies for people over the age of 16, living in Australia experiencing eating disorder symptoms.
Available on the eClinic is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based modules, self-monitoring tools, and a dedicated skills-based program for families and carers to help them navigate this journey with their loved one. The eClinic can be accessed for free, online, from anywhere in Australia, at any time. Health professionals can either recommend a self-guided eTherapy or connect with their clients on the platform to monitor their progress or guide them through the eTherapies.

About InsideOut Institute Upskilling
InsideOut Institute’s Upskilling Project offers free specialist training in eating disorders for PHN intake and referral staff and Medicare Mental Health staff. Staff can complete a variety of eLearning modules, from introductory 2-hour courses to comprehensive 18-hour courses; attend weekly drop-in Q&A sessions run by our clinical experts, covering a range of topics on eating disorders; complete training to guide clients through our evidence-based eTherapy, or refer a client to InsideOut for guided eTherapy.
