Is your GP practice keen to support breast cancer survivors’ health between appointments? 

We invite your general practice to join the EMPOWER-SMS-GP Trial to support breast cancer survivors. Patients will receive a FREE 6-month lifestyle support program called EMPOWER-SMS-GP, which includes 4 text messages per week with general evidence-based information for improving healthy eating, exercise, managing side effects and weblinks to free health resources. EMPOWER-SMS was tested by over 1000 breast cancer survivors across Australia who told us that the program was useful, supportive, and motivating. 
Be part of this NHMRC-funded trial in collaboration with Breast Cancer Network Australia, McGrath Foundation, and Cancer Council NSW.
