Medicine Review - Updates to RMMR and HMR Program Rules

The Pharmacy Programs Administrator and Department of Health, Disability and Ageing have provided updates to the Residential Medication Management Review (RMMR) and Home Medicines Review (HMR) Program Rules. These changes are intended to strengthen the Rules and provide greater clarity for Service Providers participating in the programs.
