Mental Health Multidisciplinary Services Program – Request for Tender Now Open for General Practices
Adelaide PHN is pleased to advise that the Request for Tender (RFT) for General Practices to participate in the Mental Health Multidisciplinary Services (MHMS) Program is now open.
The MHMS Program aims to strengthen access to coordinated, multidisciplinary mental health care for people experiencing complex mental health conditions and suicide distress through closer integration between general practice and specialist mental health services.
Eligible general practices located within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) catchment area, including the Onkaparinga, Marion, Mitcham and Holdfast Bay local government areas, are invited to apply.
