MOST Now Available to Strengthen Support for Young People
Adelaide PHN has partnered with Orygen Digital to deliver MOST across our Adelaide mental health services, benefitting young people in our region.
MOST is a safe, evidence-based online mental health platform that service providers can use to support young people.
It helps young people stay connected and supported between sessions with:
- Personalised therapy tools and resources they can use at any time
- A moderated community, where it's safe to connect with peers who get it
- Real support from clinicians, peer workers and career counsellors when they need it
MOST is built from over a decade of research. It complements your practice, strengthens clinical outcomes and extends your care, without adding to your workload.
Who can use MOST
MOST is available to all young people aged 12-25 connected to your service, regardless of presentation or level of need. Young people aged 15 and over can download it on Android and iOS devices or use it in a web browser, while those aged 12-14 and services can only use it on a web browser.
