Notification to Healthcare Providers: My Health Record Upgrade – 9 October 2025
Healthcare providers are advised that My Health Record will be upgraded on 9 October 2025. Following this upgrade, the current 7-day access restriction for most pathology reports will be removed upon upload, and the delay for other reports will be reduced to 5 days.
This development builds on prior enhancements, which removed access restrictions for diabetes-related pathology, INR tests for blood clot monitoring, and respiratory infection test results.
These changes are designed to provide improved access to key health information for both consumers and their healthcare providers, supporting a more connected and efficient healthcare system.
