Office Closure over the Festive Season

From everyone at Adelaide PHN, we would like to wish you all a happy festive season and new year!

It's been another fantastic year in 2025, as we marked our 10th anniversary, celebrating our growth over the past decade. The past 12 months has seen the introduction of a fifth Medicare Urgent Care Clinic and increased commissioning across aged care programs, nurse practitioner pilot and the Fmaily, Domestic and Sexual Violence Pilot program.

We want to extend our thanks to all stakeholders, Community Service Providers (CSPs), council members and community members for your dedication over the past year.

Looking ahead, we're excited for what's to come in 2026, including the finalisation of our next Reconciliation Action Plan, as well as our next Strategic Plan.

We would like to remind everyone that the Adelaide PHN office will be closed from 12pm on Friday, 19 December and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.
