Opportunity to Support primary HealthCare services in Swallowcliffe

Website banner 38

The City of Playford remains one of the most disadvantaged areas in Australia. Many children in Adelaide’s northern suburbs still face major barriers to accessing health care.

This new initiative—developed with the Swallowcliffe community and supported by the Children in the North Alliance, NALHN and Adelaide PHN aims to increase access to primary care through trusted, local services.

Adelaide PHN are looking to commission a GP for a 0.1FTE role (8 hours/fortnight), with access to Medicare billing. Services will be delivered in-reach and supported by strong links with community, allied health, and dental services.

If you’re passionate about working alongside community and education to improve health outcomes for children, we’d love to hear from you.

Applications are now open via Tenderlink

General practices are required to submit an EOI nominating the General Practitioner who will undertake the work in Swallowcliffe for the duration of the project. Up to two General Practitioners can be nominated in the EOI to provide the clinical services
