Palliative Care Medicines Pharmacy Network Survey - SA Health want your feedback

SA Health are seeking to understand your awareness and experience with the Palliative Care Medicines Pharmacy Network, and to help evaluate how well it’s supporting patients and prescribers.

The Network aims to improve access to palliative care medicines, including after-hours in urgent situations, to support people with life limiting illnesses, allowing them to receive their treatment at home and avoid emergency department presentations to access medicines.
