Pharmacists in Aged Care

With funding provided by Adelaide PHN, the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia SA/NT branch has established a community of practice and peer network support group for pharmacists working as aged care onsite pharmacists (ACOP) or looking to work as an ACOP. This community of practice aims to build capability, knowledge and confidence of ACOPs in metropolitan South Australia by online community of practice learning sessions and face to face workshops.
