Pharmacists in RACHs: Key update

Pharmacists participating in the Aged Care On-site Pharmacist (ACOP) Measure under a Medication Management Review (MMR) Credential can continue to do so until 30 June 2026.

From 1 July 2026, all participating pharmacists will be required to hold an ACOP credential, obtained through an Australian Pharmacy Council (APC) accredited training program.

Pharmacists currently relying on their MMR credential are encouraged to complete the required training ahead of this date to ensure continued participation and avoid service disruption.
