PHNs unite for youth mental health
Adelaide PHN was proud to join the National PHN Conference in early May, hosted by headspace National, where Primary Health Networks from across Australia came together to explore data-informed strategies for strengthening youth mental health services.
The agenda was packed with powerful insights, including:
- Developing a headspace Outcomes Framework and Performance Plan
- Localising the headspace model to meet community needs
- Using data to enhance commissioning, planning and service quality
A standout panel showcased how PHNs are tailoring the headspace model through innovative, evidence-based approaches, while collaborative workshops worked toward a unified national framework focused on transparency, consistency and impact.
Together, we're building smarter, stronger systems to support young people's mental health.
