Practice Health Check Survey- Winners

Adelaide PHN would like to thank general practices for taking the time to complete the recent Practice Health Check Survey.  

We greatly appreciate your participation and the thoughtful feedback you provided. Your insights are vital in helping us understand the landscape within General Practices, the information gathered will be used to support areas for improvement, tailor support services, and guide future initiatives.

Over 27% of General Practices in the APHN region completed the survey.  All practices who completed the Practice Health Check survey were entered into the draw to win one of five FirstAid Pro vouchers valued at $950.00. The draw has now been completed and the winners of the five FirstAid Pro vouchers  have been notified. Congratulations to our five winners!
