Children’s Assessment Team survey – share your experience with referrals, communication, and outcomes to help continuously improve the support provided to families.

The Children’s Assessment Team (CAT) at SALHN is an multi-disciplinarily team that provides specialised neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people with complex or multiple developmental problems/concerns involving three or more areas of development.

We heard at the GP Education Day that there are opportunities to further improve the CAT’s model of care.
