Submit an EOI to join SEEK B Case Finding and Clinical Auditing Pilot project and make a difference in hepatitis B care
ASHM's SEEK B: Hepatitis B Case Finding and Clinical Auditing Pilot is a national program partnering with practices to increase the number of people identified for screening and testing, provide linkages to care, and support management of hepatitis B in primary care.
SEEK B will work with practices to increase testing of hepatitis B, ensure appropriate linkage to care has occurred, and enhancing prevention through a four-step process focusing on identifying and supporting priority populations.
Any primary care practice that has the ability to extract data from their practice software and can sign the terms of reference are eligible to participate.
SEEK B resources and modules have been developed to accommodate use of Best Practice, Medical Director, PenCat, POLAR, and Primary Sense. Communicare resources are in progress however the timeline for completion is to be confirmed. Clinics who use Communicare or other software and are interested in participating are encouraged to contact ASHM to discuss this further.
Participating practices can also access SEEK B benefits, including a financial reimbursement of up to $4,000 total and claim PIP QI incentives (eligibility conditions apply).
Expressions of interest (EOI) close at 5pm AEST on Monday 2 December 2024.
