WellMob has launched a new video series: Using WellMob in Practice

WellMob (wellmob.org.au) is Australia's one-stop library of culturally safe digital Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Its new video series, Using WellMob in Practice, was co-designed with the sector to help health, wellbeing and community workers get the most out of the site.

In a set of short, practical videos, you'll learn why digital SEWB tools matter, the steps for introducing them with clients, and different ways to use WellMob. This includes one-on-one sessions to health promotion and strengthening your allyship with First Nations clients and communities.

Whether you're new to WellMob or a regular user, these videos are a quick way to build your confidence using digital wellbeing resources in practice.
