Annual Assurance Statement (AAS) process- CSP webinar

Attention Commissioned Service Provider (CSP):

Last year, Adelaide PHN introduced our new Clinical Governance Policy, which included the launch of our first Annual Assurance Statement (AAS) process.

For CSPs new to Adelaide PHN, the AAS is a mandatory form completed annually to support our oversight and ensure services delivered on our behalf are managed safely and responsibly.

For those who participated in the 2024 process via email submission, please note the following important updates:

• From 2025, all assurance processes will be managed through FOLIO.
• This year’s Annual Assurance Statement is due 30 September 2025 – you will be notified soon that your AAS is ready for completion. 

To support you through these changes, a CSP webinar will be held to provide an overview of the assurance updates and offer an opportunity for questions.

You may have already received automated email requests from FOLIO asking you to upload evidence of key organisational credentials (e.g. your certificate of currency for insurance). These requests are part of the transition to FOLIO. The upcoming webinar will cover how to respond to these requests. We encourage attendance by any staff responsible for completing assurance tasks. The session will be recorded and made available on our website for those unable to attend.
