Culturally Responsive Palliative Care for People from CALD Backgrounds Workshop
Health professionals and aged care workers are invited to attend a workshop focused on delivering palliative care that is inclusive and responsive to the needs of people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
South Australia's population is culturally rich and diverse, with many individuals born overseas, speaking a range of languages, or maintaining cultural traditions that may influence their experience of care. This workshop explores the impact of cultural and linguistic diversity on palliative care and provides strategies for delivering person-centred, respectful care.
