Join a collaborative Project ECHO learning series designed to strengthen capability in healthy ageing, early intervention, chronic disease management and care coordination. Through expert-led presentations, case-based discussions and peer learning, participants will gain practical strategies to support older people to remain healthy, independent and connected in their communities.
