ForHealth Doctors: Discounted rate - $130 (+2.5 % booking fee) 
ForHealth and external nurses, allied health practitioners and medical students: Discounted rate - $110 (+2.5 % booking fee) 
General Doctor Admission: Standard rate - $210 (+2.5 % booking fee) 
Registration includes lunch and networking drinks at the end of the session
