Graduate Diploma in Child Health- Information webinars

The Graduate Diploma in Child Health consists of 8 subjects and over 150 hours of teaching, delivered entirely online by the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network in partnership with Western Sydney University. Since 2023, over 1,800 health professionals have enrolled in the program.

The course content is designed to be engaging, and clinically relevant to general practice. Assessments will include online MCQ quizzes, video communication tasks, written reflections, and 2 applied projects. The program can be completed in 12 or 24 months as required.

Students can exit early with a Graduate Certificate in Child Health after completing the above four subjects, which will satisfy the RACGP's mandatory paediatric term requirement (provided that they have also had adequate clinical exposure to children).

Program fee

 

The total program fee for students commencing in 2025 is AU $8,000. The fee schedule is reviewed annually by Western Sydney University, to ensure the ongoing delivery of high-quality education led by expert clinicians and specialists.

Fees are charged per subject (AU $1,000 each) and no upfront payment is required until Census date. FEE-HELP is still available for eligible students.
