Health Industry Training (HIT) has a demonstrated, proven and our unwavering commitment to supporting First Nation students.

Over the past 12 years, HIT has been privileged to deliver nationally accredited qualifications to First Nation students across multiple states and territories. Through this journey, at HIT, we have not only taught but also learned immensely from our students. This reciprocal exchange has solidified our belief that no other non-Indigenous RTO is more dedicated to upskilling First Nation health professionals than HIT.

The creation of this program was driven by a strong vision—to address the unique leadership and management needs within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health communities. We recognised a significant gap in the pathways available for Aboriginal Health Professionals aspiring to step into leadership roles. By lobbying government and designing this diploma, we aimed to create a bespoke program that empowers our students to lead and effect meaningful change in their communities. This initiative aligns with our broader mission to contribute to closing the gap in Indigenous health outcomes.

We urge you to consider this unique program and share this message with others who might benefit from it. By joining this program, you are not just furthering your career—you are becoming a part of a movement that fosters leadership and strengthens health services in Indigenous communities.

If you wish to proceed with enrolment, please complete and return the necessary forms as soon as possible. Your participation could make all the difference in ensuring the program proceeds.

We sincerely hope you will join us on this journey of empowerment, growth, and leadership. It is important that we show the government that this program is of value and need.  Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out and contact either of the undersigned.
