Int. Social Prescribing Day + Community Consultation Exhibition

Social Prescribing Day is an annual celebration of all things social prescribing, recognising local community groups and projects which are helping to make a difference to our physical and mental well-being. 

Adelaide PHN is a proud partner to social prescribing research project in City of Marion and City of Onkaparinga, co-design and trial of a social prescribing model to support people to connect to community services. Recent consultations as part of this project with community members and health professionals working in these areas has resulted in a photo exhibition highlighting their voices.

Come see what community connections means to people living and working in these local areas, through their photos and stories. 

Morphett Vale Neighbourhood Centre 26 March 10.00 to 8 April 

Mitchell Park Sports and Community Centre 13 April 3.00pm to 1 May.
