Preterm and Early Term Birth Prevention Symposium
Registrations are now open for the Preterm and Early Term Birth Prevention Symposium.
This symposium brings together clinicians working across primary, secondary, and tertiary maternity care to support a coordinated, evidence-based approach to the prevention of preterm and early term birth.
Preterm and early term birth are leading contributors to neonatal morbidity and long‑term health impacts. Preventing avoidable early birth requires coordinated care from preconception to postnatal follow-up.
This symposium provides practical, up-to-date evidence and promotes cross-disciplinary collaboration for clinicians involved in maternity care, including obstetricians, GPs, medical officers, Aboriginal Health Workers, midwives, nurses, and sonographers.
