STI and BBV workshop -for Nurses and Midwives

Our 3-hour interactive workshop has been designed for people wanting a general overview of STIs and BBVs.

The workshop will include discussion of the STI Management Guidelines clinical presentations of STIs and BBVs, testing, treatment, management and more.

Participants will cover:

• clinical presentation of STIs and BBVs
• taking a sexual health history
• consultation and counselling
• how and when to test
• routine screening in priority populations
• treatment and management of STIs and BBVs
• partner notification and notifiable infections
