Suicide – Addressing contributing factors in General Practice!

GPs are often subject to unrealistic expectations about preventing suicide. Individual cases are usually unpredictable and unpreventable. However Primary Care Clinicians (PCCs) do have a role in addressing some of the most important circumstances that contribute to suicide in the population – use of alcohol and other drugs, and social needs, including employment and relationships. This webinar will offer practical ways for PCCs to assess and intervene in these areas.
