Speaker information:

Meredith Woolsey is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Size Inclusive Healthcare Australia Health Professional with a professional interest in eating disorders and unhelpful relationships with movement. As founder of Move to Live, Meredith practises in a way that is size-inclusive, trauma-informed, and LGBTIQA+ affirming, with a deep passion for equitable healthcare.

Recognising that traditional fitness and healthcare settings can be harmful for many clients, Meredith's work spans chronic and complex health conditions, persistent pain, and POTS, always through a lens that honours all bodies and prioritises healing relationships with movement.

Passionate about challenging weight-centric approaches to health, Meredith advocates for personalised care that meets people where they are. She works hard to provide a safer space for those who have had unpleasant experiences in the health and fitness industry, using movement and exercise as tools for empowerment rather than harm.
