The Health Equity Awards recognise outstanding organisations and individuals that improve health equity across the Adelaide metropolitan region.
The awards celebrate initiatives that show measurable impact in improving access, experience, and health outcomes for communities experiencing vulnerability and disadvantage.
They recognise organisations and/or individuals who have:
- Improved health and wellbeing outcomes in our region
- Reduced inequities in access and outcomes for vulnerable population groups
- Strengthened patient journeys and models of care through meaningful partnerships and collaboration with key primary care stakeholders in the local region
Any organisation or individual working in primary healthcare across the Adelaide metropolitan region can apply for the awards.
We're delighted to announce that nominations for the 2026 Health Equity Awards will open at 9am on Monday, 13 April. Our Application Guidelines and Scoring Rubric can be found in the resources below.
