Activity Work Plans
The Adelaide PHN region covers all of the Adelaide metropolitan area, from Sellicks Hill in the south to Angle Vale in the north, and from the beaches in the west to the foothills in the east.
Adelaide PHN develops work plans which outline the activities we deliver in response to the health and service needs of our region, our key objectives and reporting requirements.
Based on allocated funding from the Commonwealth, these work plans are submitted to the Department of Health and Aged Care for approval and made available on our website as part of our commitment to keeping the community, our members, and partners informed about our planning activities.
