Partners Toward Wellbeing - Alcohol and Other Drugs Treatment Service
This service provides coordinated support to people diagnosed with mild and / or moderate co-occurring, or comorbid mental health and substance use. It offers counselling, care coordination and peer support. The program will focus on priority population groups as outlined in the Adelaide PHN’s Alcohol and Other Drugs Treatment and Quality Framework. Delivered by Mission Australia and Sonder, this service is one of a suite of AOD Treatment Services commissioned by Adelaide PHN.

Community services, health professionals and individuals may self-refer.
Services are available at: North West Hub (Sonder Edinburgh North); West Central Spoke (Mission Australia Keswick); Southern Hub (Sonder Marion); Outer Southern Spoke (Mission Australia Noarlunga); outreach and in-reach locations including residential settings, general practice, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations, youth services.
