Phone Helpline & Mental Health Support - for expecting and new parents
Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Australia (PANDA) run a national telephone helpline for new and expecting parents. This service is free to access. The Adelaide PHN commission PANDA to provide additional clinical care co-ordination services for clients living in the Adelaide region to assist with emerging or established mental health concerns in the perinatal period.
