EOI - Adelaide PHN Board Directors

Adelaide Primary Health Network (PHN) has opened an Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for two Board appointed Directors - General Practitioner (GP) Director and Non-GP Director.
The Adelaide PHN Board is comprised of three Member-elected Directors and up to six Board-appointed Directors, each elected for a three-year term via a staggered, rotational election system. As a result of this tenure process, EOIs are now being sought for two positions, meeting the following essential criteria:
General Practitioner (GP) Director
- Must be a GP, practicing in the Central Adelaide region
- Ability to demonstrate sound small business management skills and well developed understanding of the benefits of collaboration and integration in primary health care
Non GP Director
- Sound and demonstrable understanding of the acute and tertiary health sector in SA
- A well-developed understanding of the benefits of collaboration and integration in primary health care
Shortlisted applicants will be reviewed by our nominations subcommittee, with the successful candidates being ratified by our board and membership at our Annual General Meeting in October 2019.
The positions will attract remuneration in recognition of the Director’s time and expertise.
