EOI - APHN Seeking Board Director

The Adelaide PHN Board is comprised of 3 Member elected Directors and up to 6 Board appointed Directors, each elected for a 3-year term via a staggered, rotational election system. As a result of this tenure process, expressions of interest (EOI) are now being sought for a Board appointed Director with a strong finance skill set, applicable to not for profit (NFP) and Primary Health Care organisations.
Shortlisted EOIs will reviewed by our Nominations subcommittee, with the successful candidate being ratified by our Board and Membership at our Annual General meeting in October 2018.
The position will attract remuneration in recognition of the Director’s time and expertise.
