Thank you to everyone that attended Adelaide PHN and Country SA PHN's jointly hosted SA Primary Health Care Conference (Friday 14 and Saturday 15 June 2019). We hope delgates enjoyed their time and left inspired to continue making a difference in primary health care, with a renewed energy and passion for collaboration, integration and much needed innovation.
The conference was a great success with excellent opportunities for delegates to network with sponsors, exhibitors and colleagues in primary health care across South Australia.
