Upcoming Consultation: GP and Hospital Consultants’ Interactive Session (Central Adelaide)

Adelaide PHN and the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) are holding an interactive session with GPs and hospital consultants working in the central region of metropolitan Adelaide. This session is a follow up to the GP/Hospital Consultants' workshop held in June 2019. The session will continue to progress the dialogue and interaction between primary and acute clinicians arising from the Adelaide PHN and CALHN .
This interactive session needs your input to build on the previous discussion and further develop collaborative action.
